Loving the spring weather

This April has been uncharacteristically cool and breezy outside, in my opinion (I have no proof...just my own memory to compare to). Consequently, we've been going outside a lot, especially since Cyrus LOVES to be outdoors. Here are some pictures from last week when we went to a park with the uncle and daddy for a picnic and from yesterday outside with the hose.

Both Gabriel and Brendan played on the monkey bars after our picnic. They both realized that it's harder to swing from bar to bar like we did when we were kids. Since Bren is in great shape, we attributed it to being a lot heavier than when we were kids.

Cyrus really likes the swings. He started leaning backwards and forwards to pick up speed like he'd been doing it for years (see video above).

I let Cyrus walk around naked outside because he has diaper rash, and I want him to air out. Consequently, he peed on our front sidewalk yesterday, and I had to spray it off. So, I put him in some trunks and tried to see if he'd play in the water; he was a little too suspicious for that, though.

I didn't run the water long b/c I'm trying to not waste it, and he wasn't really playing in it anyway. He kind of walked through the puddles at the end...I guess that was fun!

Seth, David's nephew, spent the night with us on the way back with David from the FL trip. He has a younger brother around Cyrus' age and was very good with Cyrus. Here he is teaching him to ride on the back of the train.
